Rachel Kjack (she / hers) is the Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Consulting & Training for Translator, Inc and holds a M.A. in Organizational Development from Bastyr University and a B.A. in Education and Social Justice from The Evergreen State College. She has spent the past 25 years working with people and organizations amid constant change and challenging times. She specializes in developing people-centric technology platforms and tools to support culture change and has rolled these out to global organizations to create empathy, connection, and awareness at scale.
Her work combines the science of emotional intelligence and behavior change with resiliency-focused diversity, equity and inclusion practices. She has authored over 80 courses on topics including equity and inclusion, social and emotional intelligence, developing a purpose-driven career, leadership, and effective communication. She’s worked with companies from Google, Microsoft and Viacom to hundreds of startups, education institutions and nonprofits doing social impact work across the globe. She is also an Executive Producer for Unincarcerated Productions, with multiple media projects about the formerly incarcerated in production, as well as being a passionate advocate for prison reform and reentry work.
