As Manager of Human Insights & HCM Advisory, Karina Monesson helps shape UKG’s thought leadership research and content strategy. A trained journalist and market researcher, Karina is also a member of the Equity@Work Council’s research group, conducting evidence-based research into the root causes of workplace inequity and developing open-source tools to combat it.
