Jessica Grey

In Jessica’s current role, she works with a team of Procurement Professionals, across the globe, leading programs such as Supplier Diversity, Learning & Development, and manages the governance process for a variety of Global Procurement Policies and Procedures. Before joining RBC in 2006, Jessica began her managerial experience in the Call Centre at Rogers Communications. Over the past 30 years, she provided Myron Manufacturing, Clearnet PCS Inc (now Telus), Laval life, Direct Energy, Energy America, American Express and RBC with her brand of expertise.
Jessica firmly believes that inclusive procurement practices strengthen local economies, forge new business opportunities and create value for communities.
Her goal is to advance equality of opportunity for women, BIPOC, LGBT+, people with disabilities, service-disabled and veteran-owned businesses by promoting an inclusive supply chain and levelling the playing field for diverse suppliers.
Jessica has spent her personal time volunteering. She has participated on the Board of Directors for several community associations, and leads athletic clinics for youth both in Canada and in the Caribbean. She chairs a Federal Grant review committee with Tropicana Community Services and is a leader and SME on the Charity’s Youth Program Planning Committee.
Jessica was born in Kingston, Jamaica, Graduating from George Brown College with a diploma in Business Administration, Jessica was also a Varsity athlete. During her college years she played both soccer and basketball. Today, she carries that love for sports as she and her husband – her biggest fan -- spent over a decade coaching her son and daughter’s Basketball Teams.
