Jacquie Champagne

Jacquie is a Managing Director and Global Head of Elevate’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) initiative. She also leads a DEI consulting offering to law departments and law firms helping them adopt optimal strategies and tactics to positively impact their diversity, equity and inclusion programs. Jacquie has over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry and is a subject-matter expert in DEI, talent acquisition, sourcing, staffing, and people development.  She spent ten years as a litigator in an Am Law 200 law firm acting as a champion for diversity and inclusion long before it became table stakes. She has spent the last ten years developing strategic initiatives and programs in DEI impacting recruitment, staffing, and retention of legal professionals. She relies on her legal industry knowledge and law firm experience to act as a trusted partner in addressing and solving customers’ problems. Jacquie is dedicated to creating more data-driven solutions to help advance diversity, equity and inclusion and is passionate about pushing the boundaries of innovation in the delivery of legal services.
