Dale is the National Managing Director of Indigenous Financial Services at RBC. With 15 years of financial services experience working with and for Indigenous communities, Dale brings diverse teams together from across RBC to ensure First Nation, Inuit and Metis clients receive inclusive and comprehensive financial services as well as access to education, employment, procurement and social impact programs needed to support Indigenous prosperity and innovation.
