Cindy Towers is Co-Founder and CEO of JURISolutions, Inc. (JSL), an award-winning legal services innovator and one of the largest Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) certified alternative legal service providers (ALSPs). JSL specializes in the development and strategic utilization of legal talent, and JSL’s newest offering, CURE, is a custom DE&I consulting service for law firms and corporate legal departments. JSL employs a highly diverse workforce of skilled attorneys and legal professionals for secondments, specialized projects, document reviews, contract management, compliance services, and executive legal search. JSL also utilizes numerous diverse suppliers through its very successful supplier diversity program.  

Cindy is committed to advancing diversity in business and law. She participates in formal mentoring programs, serves on legal DE&I committees, and is a frequent speaker on DE&I. Cindy serves as Vice Chair of the Women’s Business Enterprise Center (WBEC) East Board of Directors, is a multi-term Board member of Women Owned Law (WOL) and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) Regulatory Fairness Board, and is an active member of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP) and WBENC. Additionally, JSL is a corporate partner of the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC) and Cindy serves as the Co-Chair of the NGLCC’s National Legal Industry Council. Cindy’s recent awards include Woman Entrepreneur of the Year, The Best of the Bar, Best WBE Mentor, WBE Leadership, and LGBT Hero. Cindy is a member of the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer and is a dedicated basketball and swim mom.
