Christa Degnan Manning

Christa Degnan Manning is a research-driven strategist helping organizations and individuals understand and use the latest data science and machine learning capabilities to support workforce contribution, connection, and equity. She currently leads the artificial intelligence (AI) vision, strategy, and model services portfolio management for UKG, a leading global workforce technology provider known for an inclusive workplace culture.

 

Christa is a founding member of the Equity @ Work Council (EWC), an interdisciplinary group of specialist thought leaders and practitioners working together to understand and develop the science underpinning diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEI&B). She serves as the sponsoring executive of the EWC research council, supporting the goal to educate employers on evidence-based strategies to achieve more open, inclusive cultures. Prior to UKG, Christa led workplace technology and services research for a number of leading firms including Aberdeen, AMR (acquired by Gartner), Bersin by Deloitte, and as an independent analyst. She has a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, and and MA from the University of Massachusetts.
