Caio Brandão is the co-founder of Backpac, a technology platform that equips leaders who have the mindset to drive both business results and build a purpose driven organization. He is a DEI and ESG expert who has helped Fortune 500 companies and philanthropic organizations build and scale impact initiatives across North and Latin America. He specializes in integrating sustainability and DEI to companies' strategy and goals when developing and launching their programs. He is a graduate of the University of Michigan (MBA) and University of Sao Paulo.
