President & CEO
Dinova
Alison Galik, Dinova President and CEO, has more than 20 years of leadership and operational experience in global technology and corporate travel management. Her position at Dinova, the business dining industry’s leading authority, capitalizes on the strengths she’s honed throughout her career: helping an essentially people-focused business strategically prepare for its next stage of growth. Her roots in the corporate travel management space run deep, and include leadership positions at industry luminaries like Rosenbluth International, American Express, StarCite, Lanyon (Cvent), and InnLink (Sabre Hospitality). With an insider’s understanding of industries not known for gender diversity at the executive level, Alison is able to offer context for addressing diversity as a matter of business health.“It starts with helping companies make the connections,” Alison says. “Businesses everywhere are trying to figure out how to make authentic decisions about diversity and inclusion, and it’s easy to get paralyzed by the enormity of it all. But even seemingly small decisions like where to have lunch can open the door to conversations, can make workplaces more welcoming, and can start making a difference in supplier programs. We want to be part of that because we believe we can help.” Alison earned her bachelor’s degree in Management and Marketing from Rutgers University and her MBA from Temple University. In her free time, she enjoys taking her French bulldog for runs along the beach and spending time with her daughter.
