Alex Parker

Sequential Technologies International

Alex currently serves as CEO of Sequential Technology International (STI).  STI is a global provider of BPO, SaaS and Consulting services and has an impressive list of clients in the TMT sector including Apple, AT&T and Lumen.  

 

Prior to assuming this role, he served as AT&T’s senior vice president of Service Delivery Excellence.   He was responsible for defining and executing operational strategy for installation of wireline services for business customers worldwide and led a team of over 5,000 employees.   Previously, Alex led AT&T’s government sales organization for State, Local and Education (SLED).  With more than 50,000 customers, SLED generated more than $2.5B+ in annualized revenue.   As Senior Vice President of Global Solutions and Sales Operations, he supported a global team of more than 2,000 associates with diverse responsibilities including executive deal negotiation, solution design, contracting and compensation strategy.  Alex had P&L responsibility for a nearly $3 billion business serving over 3.5 million customers as VP and GM of AT&T’s Georgia and South Carolina consumer markets. He oversaw capital investments, distribution strategy and local marketing.  Alex worked in London, England as Vice President of AT&T’s Global Service Management organization.  He was responsible for the overall customer service experience across Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Canada, Caribbean and Latin America (CCLA), and Asia Pacific (AP). 

 

Alex has a B.S. in computer science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Master of International Business from Saint Louis University.
