Adrienne Fox

Adrienne Fox is the Director of Global Category Management for Legal Services at Novartis Services Inc. In this role, Adrienne focuses on delivering value and efficiency for the procurement of legal services at local, global & cross-functional levels. As a strategic business partner to the Legal Department, she helps drive process improvement and value for law firm engagements. Adrienne has 20 years of procurement experience, has led several spend categories including Meetings & Events, Travel, Office Supplies & Professional Services, including operational leadership.

Prior to joining Novartis, Adrienne led various initiatives at Ally Bank, American Express Travel Consulting and Avaya Inc. concentrating in strategic sourcing, program management (travel, meetings, corporate card), outsource management, business intelligence, policy, change management, communications strategy & execution.

 

Adrienne also worked as a paralegal and compliance manager lead prior to entering the world of Procurement. She holds a B.S. in Administration of Justice & English from Rutgers College, an ABA approved Paralegal Certificate and an M.A. in Corporate & Organizational Communications from Farleigh Dickinson University, NJ. She is passionate about continuous learning, diversity & inclusion and her work with the Buying Legal Council trade organization.
